The MedLim start-up program accelerates start-ups that want to bring a new medical device and/or technology to the global market. This month, we welcomed both the winner of the public award and jury award: Oivi and Paragate Medical respectively.
The entrepreneurs came to Limburg for an in depth program and introduction to relevant partners in this Medtech region.

The MedLim program has been initiated by Medtronic and LIOF, together with the expertise centers Brightlands Maastricht University, Medace, and imec.istart. MedLim provides unique and profound experience and knowledge to help startups. More specifically, the MedLim program is looking for startups/scaleups that are developing breakthrough, innovative MedTech products and services in the Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Neurological & Orthopedic (spine) domains.
A collaboration with MedLim and the expertise partners is unique as they will provide support with world class experts in the field of business, medical device development, regulatory, IP and financing.
